The Company is a stone mining and aggregates operation based in District Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, running a large fleet of hydraulic excavators in continuous, high-load conditions. In this line of work, machine uptime and running costs are decided in the field on dusty floors, through long shifts, in exactly the punishing conditions Klarol is engineered for.
Excavators are among the hardest-working machines on any site, and their engine oil pays the price. Heat, dust, and continuous duty cycles degrade oil quickly, forcing frequent oil changes across a 30-machine fleet. Every change means cost in oil, in labour, and in the downtime, it takes to service each machine.
For a fleet operator, those costs multiply fast. The Company needed a way to keep oil cleaner for longer and take recurring maintenance spend out of the operation, without adding complexity for their crews.
On-machine oil cleaning, built for field conditions
The Company installed Klarol Engine Oil Cleaning Systems on all 30 excavators. Designed and manufactured in India for exactly these conditions, the systems continuously clean engine oil on the machine removing the contaminants that would otherwise cut oil life short.
The Klarol team handled installation and maintenance across the fleet, ensuring the systems fit seamlessly into daily operations.
Support that keeps machines running
The results were, in the customer’s words, “truly remarkable.” The Klarol Engine Oil Cleaning Systems more than doubled the life of Sushil Stone’s engine oils translating directly into lower oil purchases, fewer oil changes, and reduced maintenance costs.
The Company estimates the fleet-wide installation delivers annual savings of approximately ₹55 lakh. Just as importantly, the operation gained cleaner oil, better reliability, and improved overall efficiency across every machine.
*Savings figure as reported by Sushil Stone based on their own operations.
| “The Klarol Engine Oil Cleaning Systems have significantly increased the life of our engine oils, extending it to more than two times the original lifespan. I strongly encourage other excavator operators to consider installing them.”
